Amis Technique
The anterior approach (AMIS) is the only approach that follows both an intermuscular and internervous path, potentially reducing the risk of damage to periarticular structures, including muscles, tendons, vessels and nerves.
Primary Total Hip Arthroplasty
Total hip replacement is a surgical procedure in which the hip joint is replaced by a prosthetic implant, that is, a hip prosthesis. A total hip replacement means replacing both the acetabulum and the femoral head.
Hemiarthroplasty
A hemiarthroplasty is a surgical procedure that involves replacing half of the hip joint, that is, replacing the femoral head. A hemiarthroplasty is generally used to treat a subcapital fracture of the femur.
Revision Hip Arthroplasty
Hip revision surgery is performed to repair an artificial hip joint that has been damaged over time due to an infection, or due to normal wear of the prosthetic implants.
MyPAO Periacetabular Osteotomy
MyPAO is an innovative method that consists of CT based 3D pre-operative planning and construction of 3D bone models and patient-specific cutting guides to achieve the optimal alignment of osteotomy.
Patient Matched Technology-Hip
Patient matched technology is a pioneering development in which the cutting blocks for total hip replacement are tailor made to accurately match the individual patient‘s anatomy.
Primary Knee Arthroplasty
Total knee replacement is a surgical procedure in which the knee joint is replaced by a prosthetic implant, i.e. a knee prosthesis. Total knee replacement means replacing the articular surfaces of the femur, tibia and patella.
Revision Knee Arthroplasty
Knee revision surgery is performed to repair an artificial knee joint that has been damaged over time due to an infection, or due to normal wear of the prosthetic implants.
Patient Matched Technology-Knee
Patient matched technology is a pioneering development in which the cutting blocks for total knee replacement are tailor made to accurately match the individual patient‘s anatomy.
Total Shoulder Arthroplasty
Total shoulder arthroplasty is a surgical procedure in which the shoulder joint is replaced by prosthetic implants. Total shoulder replacement means replacing both the glenoid and the humeral head. There are two configurations of implants: the classic and the reverse.
Patient Matched Technology-Shoulder
Patient matched technology is a pioneering development in which the cutting blocks for total shoulder replacement are tailor made to accurately match the individual patient‘s anatomy.
Deformities Correction/Fractures
Internal and external osteosynthesis materials designed to treat fractures and bone malformations in children.
Intramedullary Nails
Intramedullary nails for the treatment of long bone fractures
Plate And Screws
Plates and screws for fractures of large and small bones.
Circular Frames
External osteosynthesis according to the ILLIZAROF method in an improved version, using online correction programs.
Monolatteral Frames
External osteosynthesis of unilateral type for femur, tibia, elbow, forearm, pelvis and ankle.
Hybrid Frames
External osteosynthesis of hybrid type (combination of circular frames with unilateral units).
Lengthening Nails
Specific intramedullary nails for bone elongation
Circular Frames
External osteosynthesis according to the ILLIZAROF method in an improved version, using online correction programs.
Deformities Personalized Technology
Patient matched technology is a pioneering method in which the cutting blocks for osteotomy are tailor made according to the patient's CT or MRI scan to accurately match their specific anatomy.
Patient Matched Technology
Patient Specific bone cutting guides for the preparation of total knee, hip and shoulder arthroplasty.
Computer Assisted Surgery
The performance of operations of Total Hip & Knee Arthroplasties with the latest generation of Computer Software Navigation addresses the latest requirements in the field of Passive Robotic Surgery. With this method, all the anatomical data of the patient are mapped intraoperatively to achieve accurate osteotomies and optimal placement of the implants. In addition, a kinematic simulation of the Joint is carried out before and after the placement of the prostheses to ensure the optimal postoperative gait and the highest feeling of satisfaction of the patient.
Augmented Reality-Based Surgical Platform
The NEXTAR system is an innovative augmented reality platform for Total Knee and Shoulder Arthroplasty as well as for Spinal fusions. It has advanced planning and control tools for each surgical step. Through anatomical data obtained by a CT scan, it performs a unique way of evaluation of the ligaments using a revolutionary monitoring system. This flexible augmented reality method ensures the precise placement of the implants and the efficiency of the surgery through the optimal kinematic restoration.
Bone Substitutes
Synthetic bone grafts to fill bone gaps.
Defensive Antibacterial Coating
DAC® is a bio-absorbable hydrogel that, spread on the implant surface, acts a physical barrier for prevention of post-surgical infections.
Sterile Surgical Tourniquet (HemaClear)
The HemaClear is a revolutionary medical bandage used to control bleeding during limb surgeries. It operates using a tourniquet method, creating a temporary "bloodless" environment on the limb, ensuring a clear field for surgeons and improving the precision of the procedure. It is fast, easy to use, and adapts to various limb sizes, making it especially useful in emergency situations or clinical settings.
Bone Cements
Bone cement for fixing knee and hip prostheses.
Cement Mixing Systems
Bone cement mixing and injection systems.
Pulse Lavage Systems
Pulse Lavage System for bone preparation of knee and hip prostheses implantation.
Limb Salvage
The Pantheon® system represents an important innovation in the field of large resection prostheses allowing complete freedom to address bone loss in oncology, trauma, infection and failed joint replacements.
Custom Implants
Additive technology allows the design of customized implants gathered from patient’s CT scans and/or MRI. These prostheses are normally used for special applications such as the reconstruction of bone segments in cancer patients, or to compensate for bone loss caused by septic or aseptic loosening of orthopaedic prostheses.
