Quality Policy

The Company's Management has as its fundamental policy the establishment and maintenance of high quality standards for the way it operates and the services it offers in the health sector for proper marketing.and movement of arthroplasties, materials and instruments for internal and external osteosynthesis, bone defect prostheses, synthetic bone and tissue grafts, bone cement, surgical instruments, wound and ulcer dressings, dressings and antimicrobial solutions for wound care, negative pressure systems and their consumables,system for local oxygen therapy of wounds, whole blood clot preparation kitand has all the necessary means necessary for the performance of its functions.

Part of the Company's Quality policy is that its services must meet relevant predetermined specifications in relation to applicable legislation, regulations, codes, circulars and directives and it is committed to strictly complying with Greek and the corresponding European Union legislation, and all relevant regulatory provisions. Special attention is also paid to the handling of all types of personal data, so that there is no unauthorized access to such critical data or any potential leakage of personal data.

The primary goal is to ensure that its services comply with the quality requirements of its clients, adhere to contractual implementation schedules and optimize the financial result.  

To achieve the above objective, the Company is committed to:

- the delivery of products within a predetermined time from receipt of the order,
- the storage and preservation of products in a way that ensures their quality
- the distribution of products under appropriate conditions.

This policy is implemented through the Quality Management System that meets the requirements of the International Quality Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO13485:2016 & Ministerial Decision 32B 1348 / 2004 and is in line with commonly accepted business practices, covering the entire spectrum of the Company's activities and its relationships with its customers.

At the same time, the Company's Management is committed to ensuring all the resources necessary to achieve its goals. The Company's personnel are also committed to performing their duties in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System.


Through the continuous adherence to the relevant procedures and the processing of the conclusions drawn, a review and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System is achieved.

Continuous improvement of Quality in all activities and by all employees is considered an integral part of the Company's business planning and its organizational goals.

The Quality Management Manager has clear authority and organizational freedom to identify quality problems, introduce, recommend or offer solutions and confirm the implementation of the solutions, with the aim of continuously improving the effectiveness of the System and communicating the above Company policy to all levels of operation.

The above policy is reviewed at regular intervals based on the conclusions collected.
