ABTHERA™ Open Abdomen Negative Pressure Therapy is a temporary abdominal closure system that allows surgeons to take control early when managing a challenging open abdomen, helping to achieve primary fascial closure.
ABTHERA™ Therapy is designed to:
• Actively remove fluid and help reduce edema
• Provide medial tension, which helps minimize fascial retraction and loss of domain
• Help protect abdominal contents from external environment
• Provide separation between the abdominal wall and viscera, protecting abdominal contents
• Allows for rapid access for re-entry and does not require sutures for placement
Closed Surgical Incisions
The single use 3M PREVENA Therapy helps to manage and protect surgical incisions by :
• Helping to hold incision edges together
• Reducing edema
• Acting as a barrier to external contamination
• Decreasing lateral tension on sutured/stapled incisions
• Removing fluids and infectious materials
• Delivering continuous -125mmHg up to 7 days
NPWT Single Use SNAP
The SNAP™ Therapy System combines the simplicity of advanced wound dressings with the benefits of negative pressure therapy.
The SNAP™ Therapy System designed to simplify advanced wound therapy by providing:
• Silent Technology without need of electrical power
• Patient-Friendly Features
• Continuous Negative Pressure - 125mmHg
• Cartridge of 60ml with Visual indicator of exudate levels
Negative Pressure Wound Treatment
Negative pressure wound therapy refers to wound dressing systems that continuously or intermittently apply subatmospheric pressure to the surface of a wound to assist healing. Negative-pressure wound therapy is also called vacuum-assisted wound closure therapy.
NPWT with Instillation
V.A.C.® Veraflo Instillation Therapy combines the benefits of V.A.C.® Therapy with automated topical wound solution distribution and removal.
V.A.C. VERAFLO™ Therapy can help:
• Cleanse with the instillation of topical wound cleansers
• Treat with the instillation of topical antimicrobial and antiseptic wound solutions
• Heal the wound and prepare for closure
Topical Oxygen Therapy
NATROX® Oxygen Wound Therapy System is a medical device which has been designed to deliver pure humidified oxygen directly to a wound in order to support the natural wound healing process and stimulate healing.
The NATROX® System is intended for wounds healing by secondary intention that would benefit from topical oxygen therapy including: Diabetic foot ulcers Leg ulcers (venous, arterial and mixed) Pressure injuries Surgical and traumatic wounds Can be used under compression therapy.

Advanced Scar Management Hydrogel
Epicyn with its patented technology is indicated for the preventive, post-operative treatment of new or existing hypertrophic or keloid scars.
• It is non-irritating, non-toxic and stimulates the post-operative healing process. It has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties and is safe for use in areas around the eyes the mouth and nose.
• It relieves itching and pain associated with scarring and is suitable for all skin types. It is clear and odourless.
• Clinically proven to soften and flatten hypertrophic scars , and also reduces redness and discoloration.
Protect and Manage Skin
Explosure over time to factors such as irritants, moisture, friction shear and adhesives can lead to skin breakdown and conditions including :
• Moisture-Associated Damage (MASD)
• Pressure Ulser (PU)
• Medical Adhesive-Related Skin Injury (MARSI)
• 3M™ Cavilon™ Advanced Skin Protectant is designed to help manage moderate to severe skin damage and protect at risk skin. The ultra thin yet highly durable barrier is able to attach to wet, weepy surfaces and create a protective environment that repels irritants and supports healing.
• 3M™ Cavilon™ No Sting Barrier Film SPRAY is the original alcohol-free liquid barrier film that dries quickly to form a breathable, transparent coating on the skin. It is designed to protect intact, damaged or 'at-risk' skin from urine, faeces, other body fluids, medical adhesive related skin injury and friction.
• 3M™ Cavilon™ Durable Barrier Cream provides unique, long-lasting protection from bodily fluids whilst moisturising the skin. It’s ideal for moisturization of at-risk and/or severely dry skin. It also provides a barrier which protects skin at low risk for breaking down.
Provide Compression
3M™ Coban™ 2 Compression Systems are designed to deliver comfortable, therapeutic compression for the treatment of venous leg ulcers, lymphoedema and other conditions where compression therapy is appropriate.
Antimicrobial Enzyme System Alginigel
Flaminal® (Hydro and Forte) are a new class of wound healing agents, called enzyme alginogel®. It consists of an antibacterial enzyme system embedded in hydrated alginates. Flaminal® enables : autolytic debridement (=cleaning of wound and absorption of bacteria) and kills the absorbed bacteria.
Indications: Flaminal® Hydro is indicated for slightly to moderately exuding wounds, while Flaminal® Forte is indicated for moderately to highly exuding wounds.
Examples of such wounds are:
• leg ulcers
• diabetic foot ulcers
• superficial and deep partial thickness burns (second degree)
• post-surgical wounds
• traumatic wounds
• pressure ulcers (pressure sores)
• skin tears
• wounds from radiotherapy
• oncology wounds
